SCHOOL GREENING PROJECT

Burlington Central will be designing and creating a new shade garden and sitting area to be used by Central Students, Staff and the community.

This garden has been in the planning phase for most of this year. The Applied Design class will be creating designs for this garden. One design will be chosen this spring, and will be used as the foundation for the final design. Mr. Ford (who has is pilot's license) has offered to reward the winning team by flying them over the Central Campus to see their completed design.

We have received a grant donation from the Halton Learning Foundation to support this project. We are always looking for more support. If you wish to make a gift donation towards this community project, we would really appreciate it.
